This week, you have learned about the strategic value of diversity and inclusion. You also have learned about the differences both diversity and inclusion play in allowing an organization to embrace its significance.
As the VP of HR, you will prepare a written report for the executive leadership team of an organization of your choice. In your paper, you will complete the following:
- Discuss the significance of the term diversity.
- Discuss the significance of the term inclusion.
- You will discuss the strategic value that diversity and inclusion (D&I) will bring to the organization.
- You will also give 3 to 4 examples of how D&I improves innovation, creativity, and better problem-solving capabilities.
Support your assignment with at least three scholarly or professional resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
