After carefully reading the case study,Smart Cookie (attached to this homework), answer the following questions in a 5-7 page paper with support from a minimum of two external sources in APA format. Must be Times New Roman 12 point font double spaced.  Must use proper American Grammer at a 13 grade level (Freshman College). Must pass plagerism score with no higher then 15%.
