The Term Project is a compilation of  4 Case Studies that you will do during the module.  Two case studies are due on Week 8 (Midterm Week) and the remaining 2 cases are due Week 14.

Case Study # 1: Set Up For Failure Case for Chapter 3

  • File HCM200 Case 1 for Week 2 Set Up for Failure.docx (15.431 KB)
  • Create own discussion entry (minimum three) by answering the discussion topic/questions that is given for that week.
  • Additionally respond to at least two postings made by your peers. The content of this response should be substantive, informative, and meaningful and must contain the name of the person to whom the response was made.
  • Additionally homework and/or quiz and/or critical thinking must also be completed by mid-night on Monday (usually there are more than one assignment for the given week, at least one of them has to be completed for being marked present, absence of other assignments will give the student the lost pointsCreate own discussion entry (minimum three) by answering the discussion topic/questions that is given for that week.

Read and analyze the case, answer the questions, and prepare a report.  DO NOT COPY THE CASE! Include only your answers.  Put a header containing your name and “To Partner or Not to Partner”.  Put your reference (s) at the end of the report.  The report content should be at least 2 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt. font.  Submit the completed document to   http://www.turnitin.com/.

Case Study # 3: Piecework – Case for Chapters 9 and 10

Read and analyze the case, answer the questions, and prepare a report.  DO NOT COPY THE CASE!  Include only your answers.  Put a header containing your name and “Piecework –  Case for Chapters 9 and 10”.  Put your reference (s) at the end of the report.  The report content should be at least 2 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt. font.  Submit the completed document to http://www.turnitin.com/.

Term Project # 4 : Communication of Patient Information During Transitions in Care

Read and analyze the case, answer the questions, and prepare a report.  DO NOT COPY THE CASE!  Include only your answers.  Put a header containing your name and “Communication of Patient Information”.  Put your reference (s) at the end of the report.  The report content should be at least 2 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt. font.  Submit the completed document to http://www.turnitin.com/.
